Great hike. I would have to say, maybe an beginner to intermediate hike. What I like about it, is that there isn't just one path to follow. The lake it leads up to is gorgeous as well. The logging up there it definitely sad to see.
The last one-half mile hike to the upper falls is for the advanced hiker, with steep terrain. Unfortunately, the view wasn't really worth the effort.
Beautiful waterfalls along a scenic river. Easy, moderate, and strenuous trails. Best hiking available along the entire Puget Sound public transit corridor. ( Bus stop at US 2 in Gold Bar.)
The half mile hike to the middle falls is definitely worth it but the viewing area is small and crowded. Bring your camera for this!!! Spectacular viewing!!!
Wow! Awesome view.. Great for take the family out of the same routine(cellphones and video games) 5 miles of awesomeness. Go out and workout don't be lazy...
Great park that's within a short driving distance. The falls are gorgeous and the hike along the river is awesome. Keep pushing and make it all the way to the top!
Excellent 2.5 mile hike through a forest trail to a spectacular waterfall. The trail is primarily moderate with areas that require exertion. Definitely bring water and snacks. A few rest areas along the way, with a small, crowded picnic area at the first lower waterfall.
